- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.
3.1 Counter-Notification Requirements
Your counter-notification should include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person
3.2 Where to Send Counter-Notifications
You can submit your counter-notification to the same contact information provided for DMCA Notices.
4. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Make a reasonable effort to notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA Notice (with personal information redacted as appropriate)
- Inform the user about their right to submit a counter-notification
5. Our Response to Counter-Notifications
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Promptly provide the copyright owner with a copy of the counter-notification
- Inform the copyright owner that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity
- Replace or restore access to the material no less than 10, nor more than 14, business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless we receive notice of legal action from the copyright owner
6. Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. We consider a user to be a repeat infringer if we receive multiple valid DMCA Notices regarding that user. We may also consider other factors, such as the user's response to notices, in determining whether a user is a repeat infringer.
