We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in London, United Kingdom, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the United Kingdom.
We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date. If, in our opinion, the changes are material, we will notify you through the Services or via email. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
